Returns Policy


wants all our customers,to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase(s). So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you're welcome to send it back for a credit note or exchange.

 We do not offer refunds, but instead for returns we can issue Credit Notes or an Exchange (Note: we only exchange for the same style in a different size).

* We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice.

Please notify us by email of your impending return within 24 hours of receipt of item and we will reply with the return address.

We will only exchange once so please choose wisely.




In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  You must notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of item.

We will then advise you of the return address.

Items must be received back to us within 7 days of you receiving the parcel for UK and 14 days for international orders.

If this item is in your possession for 72 hours after notifying us of your intention to return, we will consider it used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REPLACEMENT, A REFUND OR A CREDIT NOTE.


2.  Be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact.

3.  Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items)

4.  Return parcels should include the Order number on the parcel 

5. Please note that for hygiene reasons there are no returns on swimwear for any reason including too big, too small.There are no exceptions.


All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days and when we have inspected the garment, we will then contact you via email.

Note: We will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Wots hot right now reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and it will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.

 Please note, wots hot right now does not offer refunds for returned purchases.  



We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.

In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy  to replace, refund or offer a  credit note for the items.

1. Please email within 24 hours of delivery with photos of your faulty item, your order number & full name

2. You will be reimbursed to cover your return postage cost. 

3. Item must be sent back to wots hot right now  within 7 days, the return address will be provided in reply to your email.

4. Our team will inspect the garment and process either a refund, replacement or a credit note.
